Genuinely can not thank this team enough.. We had to schedule end of life services for our 15 year old cat and this entire team was so compassionate, patient, gentle, and supportive from the second they picked up the phone. We had not been prior patients and without hesitation we had a same day appointment for a few hours later, ensuring our guy wouldn't have to struggle any longer. When I was emotional on the phone scheduling the appointment, through the second that we walked out the door, they made sure to show so much respect and warmth to us and our old man throughout the entire process. These are amazing individuals who genuinely care for the wellbeing of animals and it radiates throughout their services. – If you're reading reviews to help you decide on a new veterinarian; Genuinely, let it be this one. We had a sick 13+ year old pup and were new to Stepping Stone.  I was AMAZED how quickly we were seen!  Sherry in the front office was wonderful.  She took the time and listened to our situation and worked us in within 4 hours!!!!!  I was floored!  It only gets better … we saw Dr Smith.  She was smart, kind, compassionate and thorough.  She treated our sweet Jesse like she was her own dog. We had spent 7 hours in VEG ER two nights prior for a cyst on Jesse’s arm that had ruptured.  The ER didn’t even clean the area up!!  Jess started throwing up and wouldn’t eat the next day.  Dr Smith gave Jess a thorough  exam, an anti nausea shot and sent us home with a strong antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory/pain killer and anti-nausea meds.   They’ve called to check on Jesse and we have a plan for follow up. I could not be happier!!!!  We highly recommended Stepping Stone and Dr Sara Smith!
